“We stayed here as our base for a week of college tours. Boy, was this the perfect place to come home to each evening to reset. We actually never ate out for dinner, because we wanted to eat in the home and watch the sunset over the lake. Also, waking up to enjoy breakfast and coffee, while listening to the birds and watching the light change on the water was absolutely magical. The home is so well kept, absolutely spotless, and Melissa is so easy! We requested an iron last minute (gotta look……

“I stayed with my spouse and two children (ages 5 and 9). We felt very safe. The rental was very private and separate from the main house. The bedrooms and two bathrooms were very convenient. Check-in was super easy and directions were clear. Lots of things were provided to make the stay very easy and convenient.Two points of inconvenience: 1) the downstairs bathtub only gets warm water. It was fine for bathing children but not warm enough to use myself. 2) We struggled with connecting to the……

“How wonderful is this cabin. The perfect trade-off between being remote and in nature, but in a super cozy, well equipped, and super comfortable house! We hope we will be back to enjoy another time… Landlord / manager were excellent in communication, and very flexible. Thank you ”

“Needed to be in the VT/NH area for a funeral. Was able to get around to locations and have a nice place to stay between. Was able to get to things in MA/VT and NH easily. Loved the cute kitchen area. Bed was very comfortable. ”

“We were visiting for a wedding and very comfortably slept 7 of us. The property manager was very accommodating with communication, as we got there much later than expected. Michael was great.It would have been helpful to have maybe a book with instructions and a light on at the end of the driveway- it was very dark on approach.Other than that highly recommend. ”

It was close enough to Keene to do grocery shopping and having breakfast there a couple of times. The owner was a gracious & generous hostess. Answered any questions quickly and clearly. We can’t thank her enough for allowing us to stay in her lovely home while we were there for a family reunion.”
