“This Villa is a delightful well furnished villa.There were a couple of minor issues we had, but these were resolved quickly and to our 100% satisfaction.The only negative observation we have, although it did NOT affect our visit, is the spiral staircase upto the 3rd bedroom which is rather steep and not suitable for very young or elderly guests. This bedroom lacks an en suite and would necessitate trips up and down the spiral staircase to visit the toilet. I think this might be useful to point……

“Alles wie online beschrieben. Wunderschöner Meerblick von jedem Zimmer durch die rund ums Haus gezogene Terrasse. Alles sauber und modern eingerichtet. Küche komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sonnenliegen sowohl auf der Terrasse, wie auch einige Treppen oberhalb am wirklich schönem Pool. Kommunikation war sehr herzlich und informativ. In ca 10 min kommt man zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Wohngegend ist sehr angenehm und Parkmöglichkeiten sind bequem vor dem Haus vorhanden. Die Katzen die……

Ivan was very helpful, easy to contact and he gave us some suggestions for places to eat. “I spent 2 weeks in Villa Mimosa with family. The house is great, it has 6 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, lots of outdoor spaces, a gym/ ping pong room downstairs, amazing views and a community swimming pool opposite the house. But the house needs a lot of maintenance - ceiling fans not working, air conditioning leaking, drawers that don´t close properly, the toilet downstairs cannot be used as it has a very strong smell and the door doesn´t work properly. The stairs going up to the house……

“We had a good stay in the appartment. It wss central to walk to the main city and all interesting locations. A great plus was the own garage in the house. Parking is a little bit tricky in some areas because of narrow streets and one-way streets. Would recommend it again”

“We have just returned from a wonderful week in this beautiful house. We particularly loved the stunning pool area with its spectacular views- it’s even better than shown in the pictures! We were a family of three generations totalling 16 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. “Fantastic property with amazing views of the bay below. Lovely outdoor terrace area with good sized pool and BBQ. The interior is beautiful with very well equipped kitchen and living areas (our teenage son loved the gym and the home cinema set-up!). Cotobro beach is accessed via steep steps from the property and Almuñecar is a 25 min walk. Host was really helpful prior to our arrival and Esperanza was very welcoming and helpful on our arrival. Would thoroughly recommend this villa for a family……
