“Best hotel I've ever been to. The breakfast is delicious, the location of the hotel is close to a LOT of GREAT places to eat and I had so many great times just laying in the bed and watching TV If you're going on a trip to Guangzhou, I'd recommend staying at this hotel.”

“I would have expected that, being a Hilton hotel, the staff would be more proficient in English. Communication was extremely difficult, as it tends to be throughout China. However, I did expect that at least one staff member would have a sufficient level of English to convey basic ideas. I would suggest that, since they receive guests from all over the world—and English is the most widely spoken language after Chinese—they consider having a greater number of staff members with stronger English……
