“We stayed at this property over 2 days for our son's wedding In Kallista. The house was fantastic for a family celebration and with all the bedrooms, catered for our specific needs. We were able to use all the amenities including the theatre room and spa. Communication with the host was excellent and instructions easy to follow. Great atmosphere, location and surroundings. “Lack of staff at reception for check-in. I checked in and being asked to obtain a credit card, when I am getting in, someone come to ask to solve a problem. I have been waiting patiently for few mins but not solved yet. And I drive the car out to wander around the site for another 20 mins and return. The staff is still talking to that person to solve the problem. I don’t want to be rude but I spent more than enough time in waiting for someone to cut me out and finish the check in finally at 8pm.……
