“Reception下午五點就休息了，但是超過五點抵達後可打電話給他們，會將旁邊reception門旁邊保險箱的密碼告訴你，在裡面即可拿到房間鑰匙及說明文件。房間內的設備很齊全，不過上下舖的配置比較特別一點，第二層的人有點不好爬上去，而且也沒有坐起來的空間。廁所跟浴室的空間離heater很遠且沒有內建的heater lamp所以很冷。熱水算是穩定，在冬天也可以安安穩穩的洗完澡！”

“Fabulous hotel with good service. Excellent location, close the the piers with lots of nice restaurants in 5 min. Although it’s a heritage hotel, maintenance is good. Facilities are welly managed.”

“What a wonderful staying. After having a surgery at the hospital alone. I rang to Mantra hotel, Mr Greg,general manager,who was so generous that to come to the hospital to accompany me to the hotel. Try to let me sleep better,he was so sweetie that put a wooden board under the mattress. One more remarkable thing that he arranged me a higher floor with both city and harbor view of Hobart because he knew that I was kept in a windowless room. “The hotel is antique and the service was good. It's located in the city centre and very convenient for shopping and dining. Though there was a problem about reservation, it was solved”

“Comfortable room, decent room size. Only issue was the overflow of water from the shower, making the bathroom messy. There was times that the housekeeping forgot to take out trash or replenish box tissue, but these are minor issues”
