“This was a winter getaway to a very comfortable house with all the amenities on a quiet tributary of the Chesapeake. A rare vacation for and just what we wanted. Conveniently located near St Michael’s and Easton. Communication was excellent and everything was just as described. Would go back if we get the opportunity. ”

“We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and tidy. Checking in was simple. Parking was straightforward once we noticed the markers giving us clear instructions. The kitchen has everything you need. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The downstairs shower is small, but the water pressure is good. Everyone who stayed upstairs enjoyed the amenities. Definitely will try to rent this again for the next time we visit Annapolis.”

Joe and Beth were extremely accommodating and kept communication with my parents while they stayed (but also didn't bug them!). I was thankful to have such an easy process for my older parents and they are already talking about coming back down again because they enjoyed their stay so much!”

“Couldn’t be happier with our stay. The house was exactly as pictured. Neighborhood was quiet with a small town feel. Most of the major appliances appeared relatively new, the beds were comfortable and the house was staffed with an abundance of linens and towels. Front and back yards are completely fenced in which is perfect for those with small dogs. North Beach is only a short drive from College Park, Baltimore and Annapolis. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely consider staying there……

We enjoyed so much about it: the fully-equipped kitchen with spices and every appliance you might need, bathrooms with rain showers/good water pressure, decks for outdoor lounging, plenty of space and nice furnishings in the living room, and a quiet neighborhood that isn't too far away from the downtown area. We would love to come back again!”

“Loved the house, we were glad to be able to book it on short notice for a large group! Beds were insanely comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and a fantastic location. Only downside is that the common areas (living room/kitchen/dining area) are a bit small if you have a larger group (8). Overall a great stay and would stay again!!”
