“This is the most relaxing place. We loved the quiet area and the gazebo and the fountain. If you want a retreat to relax, this is the place to come. A lot to do in the surrounding areas. I want to come back in the fall.”

“The location is secluded and very cozy. Great WIFI for our grandson!! The kitchen was well equipped for our stay. We were not too far away from town which had a couple FABULOUS restaurants: Los Agave's, very authentic Mexican food with a lovely staff and Sapori di Napoli, as "foodies" we did not expect such an upscale Italian Restaurant in such a small town!! We would travel to Monterey to eat at either restaurant again!!”

“Beautiful, cozy and clean. So peaceful and nice place to reflect and decompress. Beautifully decorated and just felt so relaxed and at home here. Very safe feeling too. Wifi was great (I had to work and had no issues). We caught a lot of fish and enjoyed watching the geese and other wildlife each day. Hope to make it a regular trip. ”

“This is one of our favorite properties! We have been to the cabin several times and love the location with the river in the backyard, no matter what the season. The home is well appointed with everything you need and there are also fun activities in the area. We love to rent a boat at Dale Hollow and visit the K&S Lavender Farm when we are there.”

“Troy’s cabin is fantastic! Such a cool spot and design. Perfect setup for two or three couples or couple and kids. Highly recommend!”

“Very quiet and relaxing. Loved the lake and marina just a great place to hang out. ”

“Great location and convenient to Sunset Marina. The host did a great job of supplying household items needed for a trip. The place was very clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a beautiful view of mountians and lake, i suggest giving this place a try.”

“Love staying here. Has everything you need and so close the marina. Love the outside pavilion, hot tub and extra parking! ”

“The cabin was fine and mostly what we expected. When we arrived the stove was not turning on at all. We had to look in the breaker box and realized it had been tripped or turned off. Strangley the water heater was also switched to “off” but still worked? We liked the deck view and appreciated being able to sit outside. The kitchen had the bare necessities. Would have liked to see some complimentary spices, some better dishes, and other basic supplies. Updated decor and furniture in the cabin……

“We came over Labor Day weekend. We wanted to just spend time on the river, so that was the perfect. The only thing that was a little difficult for us was were used to sleeping in the same bed and the biggest bed that they had was a full-size with a twin bunk over the top and then they had twin beds up in the loft so myself, and my dog slept in the full size, and my husband went up to the loft and slept in a twin bed.
