“Very peaceful place with great sun sets & night skies; outdoor space is fantastic, even in the winter but indoors is a bit tight for 12 people & 3 dogs (2 bedrooms are tiny; 1 bedroom is next to oil tank w/o windows so not ideal hangouts; dining table is small requiring eating in shifts; plus hot water runs out after 1-2 showers and iron sediments may appear in the water!). If you don’t mind these nuisances (we didn’t) it’s an amazing place to spend time together … can highly recommend it! ”

“We spent the week skiing in and around North Conway. This house was in a great spot - it was close to town and Cranmore, and only a short drive to other mountains. The hot tub was great after a long ski day. The kids were entertained by the arcade games and ping pong. The large heated garage was perfect to all the ski gear storage, Kitchen was well equipped for making easy meals (waffle iron was another hit with the kids). The hosts were helpful answering questions before and during. Highly……

“It was only after we arrived at the property we were told that the pool and our jacuzzi were both out of order. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known before hand. We even ran out of hot water when taking showers at night. It seemed old and in need of many updates and the worst part is the general manager was not helpful at all. I wanted a full refund for showing up to a non functional hotel but the general manager only offered a coupon for a free weekend. It was the WORST experience……
