“What an amazing stay! From the comfort and size of the well maintained and fully stocked house and yard (lawn furniture, bbq, and fire pit) to the beauty overlooking a large horse farm bustling with activity and lots of horses all just minutes from downtown Eau Claire. Loved the stay and made to feel at home by the host’s thoughtful hospitality which included makings for s’mores, coffee and baskets full of any toiletries that may have been needed or forgotten. Definitely would highly……

“3 couples stayed at the Ziehr Apartment. It was cozy, beautiful, and plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect; close to shops, restaurants, a park, and the Blue Ox Music festival. The host was great to work with, answered any questions in a timely fashion. ”

“We loved the ability to put our kayaks and bikes in the secure garage. Downtown was close as were multiple bike trails and entry points. Chippewa Falls was an easy drive, and we enjoyed visiting Lake Wissota. The house was cute and had everything we needed. The location is not a resort type area; the surrounding neighborhood is family and student oriented. It was a quiet neighborhood. The closest restaurants and downtown amenities are a 15 minute walk, but everything is an easy drive.”

“Our boys loved staying at this house. They spent a lot of time on the dock fishing and swimming. There is tons of stuff to do outside. The home is well stocked and is even better than the pictures in person! ”

“The cabin was great. Well stocked with everything we needed and it was wonderful to be able to sit outside and have a fire while watching the abundant wildlife, including a doe and 2 fawns. “Charming really describes this house. It has all the things I love about older homes - wood floors, doors, and casings. The decorations make you feel at home. And the house has everything you need. My teenage granddaughter gave it high marks. There is quite a bit to do in Chippewa Falls. Irvine park is beautiful. And we always need to go to Olson’s ice cream whenever we are anywhere near the area!”

“The property and host were great. The waterfront was pretty green, but the lake itself was nice. Big plus for big groups: never ran out of hot water when doing showers for 6 adults and 7 children! Grill could be upgraded, but otherwise basically everything but groceries was provided. Take advantage of the boat! ”
