“The property is as shown in the listing, but the "heated" part of the pool amenity in the title is not included in the rental fees (there is a daily electrical fee for heating the pool). As with many rentals with a game room, a number of machines were out of order, but the majority worked and were a value-add. The house is well equipped and is comfortable for a small group. The pool is the best amenity. My guests all enjoyed the house and commented positively on what a great place it was.”

“Finding the was difficult as you can’t access the property from the front as it is on a highway. The back is how you enter and it’s under construction as they’re building another building. Construction materials and debris, and no paved path make it challenging to access the property. The roof is very low and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The washer machine smells like mold and ruined my son’s brand new shirt. Great location but wouldn’t stay there again”

“I loved this very quirky and interesting VRBO---not just the house, but the whole property was a jewel. I cannot emphasize enough how unique it was. It is HUGE inside and out. We had a family reunion with 12 adults and 10 children (2-16). There were so many options for sleeping that we probably could have fit 30 of us! The game room was popular, the movie room SO comfy, but the star of the show was the pool. Very, very nice—good size, deep and shallow, well used by our family. This home is an……

“This property is a great fit for a group in need of separate sleeping accommodations and lots of bathrooms. We had 8 family members in town from across the country, and the space worked out perfectly. The views from the balcony are also amazing, and the location is close to everything you could need in Issaquah, and quick access to I-90. Allan, the property owner, was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions I had. ”
