“Overall nice visit but the check in process was a real mess. The front desk attendant presented us with a tablet where we had to enter ALL of our info AGAIN—address, name, email, credit card info , passport info, telephone , and much more. Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. We always hate it when companies put their work off on the……

“Insgesamt alles gut. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen. Mietbare Parkplätze sehr eng. Für große Autos eher ungeeignet. Im Bad leider kaum bis keine Ablageflächen. Kleiderschrank sehr beengt. Für unser verlängertes Wochenende jedoch sehr passend. Lage ist sehr gut. ”

“The location is far from the Center. The bus connection is poor in the night, that the nearest bus stop is 1km away. The room is close to the main road, the vehicles are still noisy at night. The furniture is old and the tv is very unclear. It was too pricy for this quality.”

“Wifi drops every 5 minutes, have to reconnect, either connected but no network at all or get the login website input your room number, full name… Normally you only hope the login web will come. After several tries, it says 4 devices are the limit, I can’t login anymore, but in reality I only my phone and laptop in total 2 devices. “Hotel de categoria turística, confortável e próximo ao porto de Kiel. Os quartos são simples, mas muito espaçosos. O café da manhã é completo e saboroso. Bem localizado, o hotel fica próximo a lojas e restaurantes, e também aos pontos turísticos e ao porto. O único ponto negativo é que escrevi para o hotel a respeito dos óculos de grau que esqueci no quarto, mas não obtive resposta.”
