“We were firstly check-in a room that was used and not clean, and then we got another room without any apologize. The swimming pool should be warm but it was cold that day. The tables and floor of swimming pool sitting area was not clean the next morning time. There were popcorns and foods on the floor.”

“Todo muy bien, las instalaciones son adecuadas, limpias, no es grande lo cual no lo hace que este saturado de gente y bullicio, el restaurante tiene mucha variedad en el menu, el personal siempre muy amables. Lo unico que se podria mejorar es el servicio del WIFI, es muy inestable y para estar trabajando en la habitacion es muy problematico e incomodo. La ubicacion esta muy bien para llegar a los parques industriales que estan alrededor, pero para ir a Queretaro si esta un poco retirado, solo……

“Well located in the Historical District, yet tranquilly quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was of high-quality. The staff was friendly and accommodating. ”

“Buen precio y las habitaciones son nuevas y limpias. Baños bien. En general muy bien. Solo sí hay que saber que el tren pasa a las 10 pm y a las 4:30am aprox y la luz de las ventanas se cuela aun con el blackout asi que parece de día toda la noche :( El hotel está a un lado de la gasolinería.. parece motel. Pero está bonito y limpio, y el servicio fue eficiente y amable. No hay cafetería ni barra de alimentos ni nada, para que vayan prevenidos. ”
