“Post houseboat backwater cruise. Conveniently located in the centre of Alleppey. Stayed 1 night. Excellent polite, service from reception and all front of house staff.Very large clean well appointed room. “We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. ”

“A great heritage place to stay for a few days of exploring Alleppy, beaches and the backwaters, located across a local road by the massive beach. Hotel is a lovely well maintained old traditional building with a swimming pool and restaurant. Paid a bit more for a large traditional room with a large shared lounge and outside seating area next to the pool. Great restaurant and chef with a good menu choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner also serving alcohol. Guys in the restaurant very helpful……

“We stayed 3 days here. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We had a pool villa which was just fabulous! My wife and daughters loved the massages. I cannot give it 5 stars because of how uncomfortable the pool chairs were. The loungers had no cushioning and the plastic lawn chairs were aged, stained, and some were cracked. I was planning on spending time at the pool reading a book while the rest of the family got massages, but literally could not sit on the lounge chairs for more than……
