“This house is beautiful and huge but could use upgrading. We had a lot of issues upon arrival, but the property manager worked diligently to get things corrected. There was a housekeeper, but the rooms were cleaned once, not sure what the cleaning schedule was. and maintenance or security (not sure what his title was), was present a few days out of the week. “We had a fabulous time at Brown Shuggah Villa. We were 6 Adults and three children under 3, multi generations and it worked perfectly. The garden was lovely and fenced so no one was escaping! The pool although small was perfect. We thought being virtually part of the house may have been an issue, however this was not a problem at all. In fact it was a relief because someone was always there.I think what makes this place special is the staff. We all came home so relaxed. Nothing was too much……
