“Perfect location. Very close to the Main Street with all the shops. No need to drive a car. The staff working are very friendly. The room I had was older than the photos online. The fridge did not have a handle and was old. The carpet is also old with some stains. I had a second level room and the stairs are not wide. If you are a senior or have kids I won’t recommend the second floor room. I will recommend this Inn and will stay again when visiting Martha’s Vineyard. With parking and a……

“This is an amazing property. It is my second stay there… The staff are just lovely. The room was very quiet and had everything we needed. They do provide beach towels and beach chairs complementary should you need them. They do not have a place to store your luggage. Should you arrive early or depart late. “We had a wonderful stay at Iris Hotel Cape Cod. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to downtown Falmouth. One of the best parts was the free breakfast — we didn’t expect it, so it was a nice surprise! The indoor pool was also a big plus, especially when the weather wasn’t perfect.
