“The location was awesome, neighborhood was safe and quiet, and everything from the college campus to Philly airport and sites were only a 10-20 minute drive. The house has so much character with original stained glass and built ins. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs provided ample space for everyone to be cozy and shower in a timely manner. The only two downsides were: 1. The driveway, which has tons of space for parking once you get up to the house, but the hedges are over grown on one side……

“We rented this townhouse for a month for my son's surgical residency rotation at Cristiana Care. It was a perfect location and easy to get to and from the hospital. Owner was very responsive with any questions / concerns which we appreciated. Very quiet and close to grocery stores. Even had a Trader Joe's close by!”

“My family and I rented this property for our daughter's University of Delaware graduation week. We knew it was 40 minutes from campus but wanted a nice place for our family to stay while we were in town. The house is spotless. Cutely decorated. The set up of the house is spacious but cozy at the same time. The hosts were easy and nice to communicate with. They honestly thought of everything, from coffee pods, bag of ice in the freezer, phone chargers, you name it, they had it. ”

“Easy to locate & use street parking. The neighborhood seemed a bit rough, most neighbors were welcoming. 3 large bedrooms rare find at this pricepoint. The bed were fine but springs poked a bit. were poking and not super comfy. ”

“Family coming in from the North, South, and West. Meeting together for a family event. This house was centrally located for everyone to go off and visit friends in MD, Newark, and Wilmington and then all attend a family event in PA. Easy check in and great communication with the host. ”

“Overall our stay was very good. The check in process and communication with the property Manager were great. There were plenty of towels, sheets and accessories throughout the home. Having everything labeled was a nice touch. The property is a great size, in a secluded area, and all of us had plenty of room. The lower level setup was incredible.The overall layout of the house was the only area that was a challenge. 2 of the 5 bathrooms are in the master bedroom and one is in the lower……
