Waterfront! Edgewater is waiting for you at this charming Nautical Nest! 500 feet of waterfront with 2 docks and a boat lift - Bring your boat! Also has Hot Tub and BBQ Grill. Escape the city life and enjoy the Edgewater/Annapolis Area. This Cozy 4-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is waiting for you and your family to make memories. Step into this enchanting retreat with 3 queen beds and 2 bunk beds (Twin on top/Full on the bottom). It's perfect for families and friends looking for a cozy getaway and Naval Academy families to visit their hardworking midshipmen. Just the the two of you? A cozy romantic getaway. All the water toys are here for your enjoyment - paddle boards, kayaks, floaties. There is basketball, volleyball, corn hole, BIG Jenga, etc. There is a game room located downstairs with X-box, darts, foosball, etc. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck where you will enjoy the cozy outdoor furniture and your evening under the stars in the hot tub. The property has two fire pits for those wine and smore evenings! There are miles of hiking trails and beaches - a 5 min walk from the home. Downtown Annapolis is a short 15-20 min drive/uber. Enjoy this cozy wonderland with a fully stocked kitchen and the convenience of high speed internet/wifi, washer/dryer and call it home for your stay. Great for holiday getaways! We rented this house for a friends trip. All adults. It was perfect. House was well stocked with kitchen and bath essentials. Everything was very clean. Loved the hot tub and the view. Would definitely return to this property!

My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful waterfront rental, and it was an unforgettable experience. One of the best vacation rentals we ever had!

My family has been renting houses for over 3 years and this property was by far one of the best. The host was so sweet and caring, went the extra mile over and over again. He always responded to my messages the same day, took the time to respond with detailed answers, making sure I understood everything. When we arrived at the house there were fresh groceries waiting for us! There was milk, orange juice, a fruit platter, popcorn and fresh cinnamon buns. The house was extremely clean and well stocked, it had everything we needed. It was such a beautifully modern and updated space with 5 tvs, 3.5 bathrooms and plenty of beds. There were tons of puzzles, board games and outdoor games for us to use. Best part was the amazing outdoor hot tub! We all loved it! The views from the house were outstanding, waking up each morning on the water was so wonderful. We can't wait to come back and visit again!
