“Portable AC unit was quite noisy, but it was nice to have the cool air. Odd that it isn’t built into the building. Also, this was our first time with a room and not a suite. It was clean and comfortable. I love this resort. ”

“I loved this property and would stay again for aure but perhaps in cooler weather as they are not air conditioned and it was hot and being end of July at the time I gwt it but an air conditioner would of solved it. “We booked a studio flat with full kitchen. Hotel room was huge and the kitchen got everything you need. The spa facilities are very good with several hot tubs that you can dip into. But just tubs are a bit crowded. We were happy with the hotel itself but just the location was a bit too far....we drove from Jasper to this hotel, it took us forever to reach there. And after Banff and Jasper, you would find Kootenay a big disappointment in scenery. Making the drive to Panorama not worth it. But……
