“The property is exactly as described and the communication was excellent. Easy to find and park and walkable to restaurants and the bay. Beds were comfortable, TV I instructions provided and easy to follow. It's a super cute beach bungalow. “Had a wonderful mini vacation with my dog on Kent Island. The house and outdoor amenities were fantastic! We loved all the different outdoor sitting areas including the porch swing (with gas fireplace nearby), bar with service window from kitchen, relaxing front porch, and beautiful backyard seating sets. “Located on a dead-end road, the property is situated on a quiet spot where you can relax and listen to the birds sing on the side deck. The property is a convenient drive to Annapolis, Washington DC, and northern Virginia.The house was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very good about communicating and answering questions.
