“The property was exquisited. The one complaint is that the pots and pans for cooking are extremely old. They look like old PFAS coating that is chipping which is really really toxic. They were also warped and hard to cook on. Other than that that how was spotless and beautiful. Highly recommended we will stay again.. They were also warped and hard to cook on. “We love the boathouse! Lots of sun and beautiful view upstairs. The house itself is well outfitted, cute decor and comfy beds. Really convenient for walking our dog as the trail runs right by the house. And Lisa was super communicative and helpful.”

“Perfect rustic cottage on the lake with everything you’d need for playing on the water from kayaks and paddle boards to inner tubes and floats. The kitchen was well equipped making cooking easy. A quiet, peaceful location added to the experience. We enjoyed our stay, and couldn’t have been luckier to have had sunny, warm weather the entire time!”

“This was our second time staying in this cabin. It is cozy and well located. We aren’t snow sport people but the kids like going to have solid time to play in the snow and this cabin is perfect to warm up when done. ”

“Really nice place. Fun playing records but no TV and it was football weekend. We were here for a reunion weekend and they had a great bbq and yard for it but wouldn’t let us have our 20 old relatives over for supper, which was disappointing. Nice place tho. Comfy and clean. ”

“Staying at The Hideaway was like going home to Moms house; comfortable and tastefully furnished with a blend of beautiful vintage furniture and collectibles, and modern amenities. The bed was SO comfortable, which was perfect after three days of wedding festivities. The owners were welcoming and helpful and a joy to visit with. Their property was beautiful and well-kept and the rhododendrons were breathtaking! We even saw elk in the yard one morning! Taylor Creek Hideaway is definitely one of……
