“The property is compact but cute. They have a door that slides across doorway between the bedroom and the living room that blocks noise from the outside. We did find the property chilly but when we contacted the owner, he had one of his staff come over, wait a few minutes for us outside, and provide us with space heaters that warmed the place up very effectively and quietly. We felt valued and cared for. I highly recommend this cozy little place and the people who manage it!”

“What was listed as a Deluxe Penthouse apartment was far from it. - As a city girl. I am familiar with city-life. Nevertheless, to be greeted by a few shady-looking characters in the front of the building, did not make me, or my grandchildren, feel secure. - Upon entering the apartment, the lights did not work in "the dining room" and part of the kitchen. “The house was clean, just as advertised, and supplied with kitchen and bath items to make this stay extremely convenient and comfortable. Parking is a little tight on the actual street for those with larger SUV's but the permit parking was wonderful, and I never had a problem finding a spot on the street. The host was phenomenal, quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend. ”

“At first site I was Leary but a neighborhood garage owner befriended us and made sure we were safe by even setting up cones in the street to secure a parking space. The host Mr. Smith was very kind and patient and provided all the info we needed. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we required. “The property management has horrible communication, very unprofessional and lacks customer service. After driving 5 hrs to get to Baltimore they canceled my reservation 10 minutes before i arrived at the property and couldn't give me a clear explanation why my reservation was canceled.
