“Stayed here and got to visit friends. We were able to meet in the game room and played pool which was really nice. The staff there was very nice and helped if we had any issues. We were able to watch the trains come in and out of the station. Pretty cool”

“This is a great house if you’re visiting either university in town. 3 to 5 minutes from either one. It was clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated! Highly recommend! My only suggestion would be mirrors in the bedrooms for multiple people getting ready at the same time”

“This "Little Blue Cottage" is wonderful--so much so that after our first stay in June, we re-booked in July on our trip back home. Tastefully decorated with all the creature comforts. Kitchen is great with a nice Keurig coffee maker with pods and creamers. Erica has done an excellent job managing this. She was always available for my questions and was great getting back to me. Next time we are in Kirksville, we will book our trip around the availability of this cottage!!”
