從未住過那麼差的酒店，五日四夜沒有一天做個清潔，酒店詳情說明(每日清潔客房) 沒有毛巾，向大堂服務員講，需要毛巾必須向大堂服務員取，〈但配給〉每人每次取一大及一細條毛巾。 垃圾及用完的毛巾每天早上自已放出客房門边。 客房裹面都是一般，再來愛丁堡不會入住！

This place was perfect for a couple day stay in Edinburgh. Everything was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The only I would let people know of is the hotel is located near a nightclub/restaurant and you can hear it late into the night. Other than that, place was exactly what we needed.

The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. It was clean and if the windows are closed it was quiet, only city noise which is expected. The pull out coach for our third was a bit uncomfortable and made noise when moving. Great stay though

The hotel is in a convenient location, the staff was accommodating and the room was nice and large. However, the bar downstairs blared music until 3 am, and we could hear traffic noise and loud talking on the street, and we did not get a restful night's sleep. I would not stay there again.

After checked out, I headed to the airport to rent a car and continue my trip, once in the airport I realized that I forgot my wallet inside the safe back at the hotel, I called them to let them know, and Surprise was that Dani who works there told not to worry that she will bring it to me at the airport. About 30 minutes later she was there with my stuff. This is an extra mile done for a customer. Not very often you see this. Thank you Dani a very grateful customer. Gus

Nos ha gustado mucho el alojamiento, tuvimos la suite con cocina en la parte renovada, y esta muy bien, el wifi y el ascensor funcionan 100% correctamente La zona es estupenda, a un paso de Princess Gardens, y unos 15 minutos a la Royal. Andando a cualquier parte del centro Calle con mucha vida, locales y establecimientos para comer y comprar El bus del aeropuerto, Airlink 100, justo en frente Hotel muy recomendable Solo negativo el sofá cama, se podría mejorar bastante

The room was small, but clean and easy to get to. It is steps from the tram, and bus stops. Lots of pubs and restaurants close by. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was the perfect overnight to start over Scotland tour!

Great location, very walkable and easy to get around to all the places a visitor wants to see. Lots of shopping and dining options on nearby Princes St. The room was clean and updated, the bed was comfy, and it was quiet for sleeping. Lovely view from our window, too. I liked that it had a walk in shower (no climbing over the edge of a tub), and the tv also worked very well. Staff were very pleasant. I would absolutely stay again the next time I visit Edinburgh.

Very convenient location (walkable from Edinburgh Waverly) and the Airline bus stop to the airport is right out front. The hotel is fine, but nothing special. VERY small room, but fine for a short stay with everything we needed and reasonably comfortable beds.
