A comfortable apartment.

Everything is good, but the WIFI is not stable.

It is good to have kitchen to cook. we lived in the room named'Buckingham' that is in the second floor (ground/first /second floor) of the apartment without lift. It took an effort to carry the luggage to the second floor. However, Mr.Billy and his son were willing to help carry the luggage. It was bad not to have washing machine in the 'Buckingham'. The temp was auto control. The heater did not work.

Very comfortable romm.The owners are very helpful

The room is on the top florr and the view is pretty good. Many kitchen ware are avalible so it's very convenient to cook at the apartment.Free wifi avalible.The room is very big and there are two televisions.Washing machine,dish washer and oven are included too! The location is quite good since there is only a 15 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is in a quiet location so it is very good to go on a holiday there.There are bus stations opposite to the cresent.You can travel to the town centre in a ten minutes.The owners are very helpul and kind.The outside and inside of the apartment are great and home-like feel.We enjoy staying in there very much.

Billy is an excellent host and the property is lovely, in a quiet, walkable part of Edinburgh just a few blocks from major sights. The apartment was a great fit for our family of three. Great shower— which is uncommon for the UK. Be aware that this is a walkup and there are limited options for late-night or laundry in the neighborhood as you are in a residential area. We would stay here again without a second thought.

Our apartment was fantastic and Billy went out of his way to make our stay wonderful! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and we really enjoyed being close enough to walk to everything we needed. Highly recommended!

This is the second time we have stayed here and can't fault the apartments at all. Location is perfect - nice and quiet but a short walk to the city centre. The apartments have everything you could want and are beautifully decorated. Owners were friendly and helpful.

Superbe appartement dans superbe résidence. Quartier calme, belle vue de la chambre. Arrêt de bus très proche et très bien desservi. Le centre touristique est accessible en 15 minutes à pieds.

Amazing Location

This stay was perfect. Amazing location, perfect UK apartment with the best floor to ceiling windows. Billy checked us in and was lovely, and even let me know as soon as the apartment was ready, which was earlier then check in time. I would recommend this place to anyone, and would love to come back for another stay.

We had the most amazing stay. The apartment is gorgeous and located in a beautiful area. Super easy for walking to the city center and the bus stop is right around the corner. We would definitely go back here again. The owner Bill met us upon arrival and was incredibly welcoming.

Wonderful apartment! Walkable to everything you want to see in Edinburgh. From 8am to 4pm the parking on the street will cost you, but no charge at night. Since we drove all over Scotland we had a car so it was worth it to us to just pay for 2 days of parking. You do not need a car as you can walk all over and do not need one. We enjoyed the space after staying in some tiny hotel rooms in a couple of other cities/towns. I highly recommend Billy’s apartment and will definitely book it again on the next trip!

Mysigt lägenhetshotell som ligger 10 min gång från princess street. Lugnt och tyst, med trevlig atmosfär. Ägaren Billy var väldigt trevlig och det kändes väldigt familjärt. Lite hårda sängar för vår smak, men det beror så klart på vad man föredrar. Lägenheten var fräsch och rymlig, kan verkligen rekommenderas om man inte vill bo mitt i smeten men ändå nära.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and located in a fantastic area. The neighborhood was peaceful and tidy, with barely any noise from outside reaching the apartment. Billy, the apartment owner, was exceptionally kind and helpful, even before our trip began. A huge bonus was that they had a dog, which truly brightened our day. The apartment had everything we could possibly need, from a well-equipped kitchen to a spotless bathroom. The space was beautifully bright and clean. The outdoor surroundings were also charming, and all essential amenities were within walking distance. I highly recommend taking a stroll in the area, as it's absolutely stunning. If I ever visit Edinburgh again, this would undoubtedly be my first choice for accommodation! I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!
