A picture-perfect, beautifully presented two-bedroom cottage charmingly nestled in the heart of the picturesque seaside town of Gullane. Just a short stroll away lies an endless stretch of golden sandy beach, offering a serene coastal retreat. Recently refurbished, this beautiful family home is fresh, inviting and equipped to the highest standard, ensuring your stay is memorable.
Living Space
A fabulous open-plan living area and kitchen offer a great social and entertaining space. With dining for up to four guests, this bright area features a cozy wood-burning stove, a stylish shaker-style kitchen, and all the modern conveniences you could need. Full-width trifold doors open onto the decking area, effortlessly blending indoor and outdoor living while providing seamless access to the rear garden.
Bedrooms
The property features two generously sized double bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort. The master bedroom, with its king-size bed, enjoys tranquil views of the rear garden. The second bedroom, positioned at the front of the property, is also furnished with a king-size bed. Both rooms offer ample storage space with spacious wardrobes.
Both king-size beds are zip and link and can be split into 2 x singles. Both beds will be made up as king-size unless specifically requested as twins.
Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties
Bathroom
A sleek and modern bathroom offers a touch of luxury with underfloor heating for added comfort. Complete with an over-the-bath shower, it perfectly complements this stunning holiday home.
** PLEASE NOTE: We’re refurbishing the bathroom in November. From December, it will have a modern shower room instead of a bathtub. For little ones, a baby bath will be provided.**
Outdoor Space
The cottage boasts a spacious rear garden, ideal for sunny-day al fresco dining on the inviting decked area. The garden also features a generous stretch of lush lawn, perfect for relaxation or outdoor activities.
To the front, you'll find a neatly maintained lawn alongside a spacious car parking space.
Garden Shed
Whether you’re into paddleboarding or golf, a lockable garden shed is available to store all your outdoor equipment.
General
This property comes with free complimentary WiFi.
A complimentary basket of logs will be provided for your stay to use with the log-burning stove. Should you require additional logs, these should be purchased separately.
Please also note this property is strictly non-smoking and does not accept any parties, including stag and hen groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Access is via a key safe, the instructions for which will be provided within the week of your arrival.
Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental.

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you. You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart.
