We stayed in a 3-bed room for 3 days. The interior is well-designed and chilled. We stayed in a 3-bedroom room for 3 days. The interior is well-designed and has a relaxed atmosphere. The small kitchen and towels were clean, and the cooking utensils were reasonably functional. It also has a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, all of which are in good working condition. 清潔人員打掃時並沒有更換新的毛巾，也沒有添加廁所的衛生紙；後來我才發現，毛巾和衛生紙是放在衣櫃裏，老實說真的不知道為什麼？我過去半年住過倫敦、曼谷、新加坡、香港等地的飯店，從來沒發生過這種情況！

Everything is great in this hotel. Furniture are clean, good service and great location. I like the self service coffee bar where i can hv selections of hot drinks, and also hot water, i can save my time for boiling water. Breakfast is included, which is very convenient for u to start ur day with it. And also wine is also free for ur stay. I just love this hotel! I will stay again in this hotel next time when i visit Edinburgh again.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location was just outside of the busy area so it was quiet, but not to far a walk from any of the sight seeing I had planned on doing! Staff was very helpful with absolutely everything including parking. An issue with the TV came up and they had it fixed less than fifteen minutes later. The room was clean and had lots of space! I would definitly stay here again!

Good location and beautiful hotel. Lovely lounge area and the rooms were decorated nicely. We had an apartment which had a kitchen and laundry. Unfortunately we had electrical issues with the laundry and were unable to use it as it kept knocking out power off. The sofa bed was in the living room/kitchen area and did not have blackout shades so it was difficult to sleep when the sun came up at 4:30am. Quiet location. Would stay here again.

The hotel staff will not help customers solve the room problem, they just tell you that they can't do anything, instead of helping customers solve the problem or give a solution. For the same price, I was given a cramped room on the first floor below ground. And the room window was open when I entered, which was not safe. And the room temperature was very low, and the air conditioning took a long time to work. They ignored it and said that if you are not satisfied, you can contact to complain but there is nothing we can do.
