Excellent

Near to perfect place for stay, from facilities, to staff, to location. Spacious, comfy, good sound proof, with everything you need for short or long stay. Will definitely come back if there's a chance. Above expectation provisions include free capsule coffee in lobby, Netflix, and WhatsApp contact with reception which made communication much easier and convenient. Only complaint is the weak water pressures in shower and lack of pillow options. The pillows are bulk and too high for us.

我们第一天住的两个卧室的房子，比描述的要多一个浴室。第二天和第三天是两个套间的一个卧室公寓。两种户型不在一栋楼上。每种户型的卧室都不大，房子感觉不隔音。特别是第一天的房子。一楼就能听见和看见街道。没怎么休息好。后面搬到二楼三楼，也有噪音，就是噪音小点。房子的厨房厨具不够多。也没调料。但是总的来讲，还是不错。百分制的话，90分。

A pleasant stay

Good location, within a pleasant 10-minute walk to city centre. Good service offering 24-hour secured access to the building, a nice and clean common area with coffee and tea. Apartment is of a good size, clean and well stocked.

Premier Suites is walking distance to almost everywhere including Deans Villiage, Haymarket, Grassmarket, the Castle and the Royal Mile. Mind you, we like to walk but did Uner a few times with luggage. The beds are really comfortable, the whole apartment for 4 ppl was wonderful. It was mostly quiet and felt safe no matter the time. Best breakfast place around the corner at Honeycomb Tearoom. Grocery nearby. Dining/shops can close early though so check the hours for the days your there. Staff were great and everything was easy. Nice to have space and be out of the hussle of the Mile area but close enough to be back in it all in 10 minutes. Also had laundry which was great after our 3 day Skye tour. Had some kitchen facilities with free waters in the fridge. I would stay again and recommend it.

Great property with great communication about parking, facilities and a run down of the property. Property new and modern with excellent room to move. Only criticism is the walls are getting dirty and marked, they need a good clean.

Good property, well equipped with kitchen essentials, wifi, cable tv etc. Good quality bedding and towels. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Slightly more expensive than I’d have hoped, however it was a good quality stay.

Lovely modern style apartment in Old Town. Best of both worlds. Appliances worked well with clear instructions. Staff were super helpful. A small Tesco is nearby to get essentials. We walked to it from Waverley with our luggage. I recommend taking a taxi. Bus stops are nearby, as is the hop on, hop off if you want to tour around. Beautiful time to visit Edinburgh in May!

Overall the apartment was nice. Had a little trouble with the washer/dryer ( most likely user error) but was happy to be able to wash our close halfway through our trip. Liked the counter space in the bathroom to keep on.

It is a spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. You can find everything you need ,dishwasher, hairdryer, ironing, washing machine, and clean towels. Each room has its own TV. Its about 2 min walk to Tesco and there are a variety of restaurants just there by.

Check in was courteous and quick. They showed us to our room and gave a brief tour. The accommodations were ample with enough space for four of us to spread out. The two bathrooms was a huge plus. The washer/dryer combo wasn’t as efficient as we hoped - we couldn’t quite figure out how to dry our clothes properly so we ended up hanging them to dry. Turned out okay though. Location was perfect for our needs. It can get a bit noisy at night especially if you sleep with the windows open. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

I really can't say enough good things about our experience. My wife and I were traveling with our 1-year old daughter and a lot of baggage. The property itself was prefect for our needs with a short walk into the city center. The place was clean and functional with plenty of space. But above all, it was the staff that stood out - extremely helpful and accommodating. We know exactly where we'll be staying when we next visit Edinburgh!

Looks and feels of a student accommodations suite, very modern and almost minimalistic. Had everything we needed for our 3 night/four day stay. Very walkable neighborhood. The property managers were fantastic! Loved our visit and will definitely stay here again if we visit Edinburgh.
