“Willow Ridge is a fabulous country house perfectly situated just outside Bristol. From here you can explore the whole area easily including Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge caves, Bath, Glastonbury and Weston-super-mare and more. The host cannot do enough for you and makes you feel at home right from the start. The room was clean and comfortable and decorated to a high standard with terrific views across the countryside. “De locatie is absoluut prachtig. Tussen de heuvels en weilanden in, maar op rijafstand van alle belangrijke voorzieningen en mooie plekjes om te bezoeken. We hadden onze hond ook mee en die heeft naar hartenlust kunnen rennen. Het huisje was schoon, netjes en de jacuzzi een absoluut pluspunt. “Booked the house to stay, 5 months in advance. Had no contact from the owner, so emailed with 1 month until stay date. Was assured everything was fine. They contacted a week and half before stay date to cancel due to routine maintenance. Three hours on the phone to book somewhere else, to be told I had to wait 72 hours before we could rebook. Asked to have my money back and was told 14 days for a refund. Shocking service!”
