“It was such a pleasure to stay at Willow Ridge for a couple of nights. Lisa's communication before the stay was really helpful with getting me checked in. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed.
I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set).
I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it.”

“Good location and under a 25min walk into the city centra.
Roomy one bed apartment with good sized rooms throughout.
Safe environment within a gated community with security on site.
Affordable and secure parking.
Room heating was too hot; controls not very responsive - please check! Also, bathroom towel rail though it carried a warming notice is far too hot!”

“We had a lovely time relaxing in this beautiful part of Somerset, we went out on a couple of day trips but our main objective was to get away and relax from a stressful job and life which this holiday done for us. Great place for peace and quiet and my wife enjoyed having the hot tub and swimming pool so near to hand.”

“The apartment is conveniently located with nice restaurants and a carpark nearby.
It is also clean and spacious for 2 of us. The bed and pillows are comfortable too.

“It was accommodation only. We had key code to let you in. Didnt see the owner at all. Bedroom was small but adequate. Ensuite was small. Bed was not that comfortable but it was very clean.”

“The apartment is in a residential block with lovely views either side. It’s a quiet area and lush to look out onto the river, particularly in the morning at sunrise.
The property could do with some improvements- a small dishwasher (instead of a washing machine) would be super useful. The kitchen cooking equipment (trays, pans) were a bit tired, scratched and could do with replacement. Also some of the cutlery wasn’t clean, there was not many water glasses and the freezer wasn’t cleaned……

"酒店的位置很好,附近有付費停車場, 一直走便到CARDIFF MARKET﹑商場及商店。對於景點及隨處走走都很方便。
雖然酒店不算新淨, 但舒適度及服務都很好,而且酒店旁邊的巴西餐廳很好吃。
