From unwanted sketchy interactions with randoms (in the lobby and in the parking lot), no staff availability at night time, to finding a cockroach on my bed on my last night - This is a motel, not a hotel.
The hotel did move me into a different room for my last night.
The fact that there will be no staff past 12am should be very well advertised and make sure that guests know about (not in a mini-hidden link on Expedia, that nobody bothers to click). After arriving at 12:08am, no staff was there to check me in. It took 45 mins before I was able to get keycards which were left by the hotel staff - apparently didn’t share the whereabouts.
A flustered casino manager - Devin, was useless. Told me there is nothing I could do - pretty much telling me you have to find another place to stay. Security guards were more helpful.
Will not be staying here again.
