I would give this property 0 stars if I could. I booked a room with two queen and a double sofa bed and when I arrived, they were unable to give me the room that I had booked. Additionally, Sophia T was blaming me, as the customer that it was my fault that they could not get the room ready on time for me. She then mentions that a full refund will be issued and then leaves without giving me a refund. Serious issue with how the front desk staff are trained as well as the attitude and behaviour they give to customers.
Long story short, the maid ended up cleaning the room that I had booked after I had arrived. From the time I arrived to check in until I went to my room, it was 1.5 hours. Keep in mind I arrived onto the property at 11:30pm, 8.5 hours after 3pm, the earliest when I could have checked in, demonstrating that despite pre-booking and prepaying for your room, this property is unable to guarantee your room for your stay.
Once I arrived home and shared my experience to the general manager via email, response times to my email were approximately 48 hours or longer, touching the boundary of long response times.
Additionally, do not book this property via Expedia for TD. I also contacted Ivar R, a member of the customer service team for Expedia for TD to share this experience and their response was a copy and paste email that made no sense given the context of what I mentioned in my email.
