Unfortunately, our experience was not up to expectations due to several issues.
When we arrived, there was a lack of clear communication — we had to call to find out where to park. Once inside the apartment, it was immediately clear that it had not been cleaned. The garbage bins were still full from the previous guests, and the bedding in the main bedroom was dirty, with visible hair and crumbs.
Due to the condition of the bedding, we had to purchase our own. Although we attempted to wash what was provided, the washer was not functioning properly.
We made multiple attempts to contact the host — both through the app and by phone — but unfortunately received no response.
This experience was disappointing and fell below the standard we expected, as pervious reviews made listed this place as excellent.
