Vibrant one bedroom apartment right in the heart of Edmundston and in the vicinity of the highway, next to services and many touristic attractions (gas stations, restaurants, shopping centers, casinos, skiing, cycling trails, snowmobile trails, botanical garden). Located on the 2nd floor, in a very solid building, this apartment sits atop a lively neighborhood.
Perfectly sized friendly space for up to 3 guests.
The living space is open plan with plenty of natural lighting and features a TV, a 3 seat sofa bed, electric fireplace, coffee table.
A separate queen bedroom with wardrobe and premium quality linens compliment the residence.
The bathroom has a shower, bath tub, washer and dryer .
The kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking with dining area and includes microwave, coffee maker, stove with oven, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses.
Video surveillance of the property for the safety of the guests, cipher door-lock, high speed wireless internet, continuous access to Netflix and Amazon Prime movies, cable TV, HDMI connection available for your devices, and pretty much everything you need to feel like home. The apartment is cute and they had a little Christmas tree in the living room which was really nice! Always clean and comfortable and the food Asher restaurant downstairs is fantastic! Highly recommended! Thanks !

The bathroom had a smell of mold, toilet had a leak. Owner came to see the same night, brought a mop and pail full of dirty water. Left early due to my asthma acting up.

We wanted somewhere with an apartment feel, but walking distance to places to eat. We walked to Le Deck in a very short time and after our meal crossed the bridge, down to the park and back, all without issue. The place was already set up with couch made up for sleeping. Only downside is the AC unit is in the main area so the only way AC ends up in bedroom is if door is left open, which eliminates privacy at night. Otherwise it was very clean, easy to access without needing to do a checkin somewhere. We definitely would use this place again.

We appreciated all the extra efforts to make our stay comfortable, and it definitely met all our needs! There’s a traffic light right outside the bedroom window, so there were the traffic lights and the noise of the vehicles to deal with, but it was manageable. All in all, it was a fine place to stay.

We were on our way home from a road trip so it was a quick one night stay. It was easy to locate, good parking, close to gas and eating places. It had all the basics and was tidy. We would use it again if we travel.
