“Great staff at check in, clean and nice room, great access to highway. Comfortable parking and restaurants close by. Room itself had a comfy bed and clean bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We came to visit Brown University, and this place was absolutely perfect in terms of location. The room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed in both the kitchen and bedroom. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We've already booked it again for Brown's summer program. Highly recommended!”

“Such a cute B&B. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We stayed in the Harbor Room. Bed was comfortable. We met the owners Elizabeth & Doug at breakfast which was delicious. They were very welcoming. I loved the Apple with everything bread, wish I could get the recipe (lol). Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the water. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area again.”
