“We stayed at the Rusted Barn due to proximity to our desired boat ramp for spoonbill season at the Ozarks. Everything was adequate and ready for our arrival. The only issue (minor) we encountered was the beds were all super squeaky! If you're a light sleeper, be ready. We would still stay here again and it still rated 5 stars. The cookies on arrival were great!”

“It was a great place to stay for our event! Very close to where we wanted to be. The place was easily accessible and great instructions on how to lock and unlock the door and where to park. It was very clean and cozy but super spacious! Held our group of 6 adults easily with room for more! It was a great experience and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you Ken and Karen for letting us stay! ”

“Smooth and hassle free check-in and communication process. Home is extremely well equipped and handled our family gathering with ages ranges from 8 weeks to 85 years. Dock is incredible. We rented a boat at the adjacent marina and it was so close and easy. Would definitely rent again! ”

“We went to the lake for a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday and Lakeside at Ginger was PERFECT for our family of three. We had wonderful communication with the hosts leading up to our stay, throughout our stay when needed, and following our stay. The hosts made their home so welcoming to guests and we had the best time relaxing in the sunroom and catching lake views from each floor. It was perfectly clean, accommodating of all of our needs - even for our three year old who can be……

“We had 4 couples, loved the space in the main floor where everyone could gather, visit and hang out. Plenty of outdoor furniture for eating outside on the deck, hanging on the dock, etc. Have stayed multiple times at the Lake, and this was everyone's favorite. Would highly recommend ”

“I was in town for work, so I did not get a chance to enjoy all the property had to offer. I will say the property is in a great location. There were plenty of place to eat nearby. There were also many golf courses in close proximity. The check in was very easy and the property was as described.”

“It was disappointing that the exhaust fans and the dishwasher weren't functioning. There were structural repairs being done to the building that made us feel a bit insecure about our stay. Other than these things, the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. The property management was accessible via email and text. We had a restful weekend and will recommend this to friends. ”

“Location location location!Best spot on the lake.Its close to everything by land and water just 2 miles from the dam by water.Nice no wake cove makes it the perfect spot to relax and swim off the dock or relax in the hot tub.The 3 bdrm house has everything you need for the perfect vacation spot.”
