“We had a great long weekend in Oct/Nov. The village is fantastic with a traditional butcher, farm shop and amazing cafe, all on a lovely high street. A wonderful park across the road which the dog loved. Lots of amazing walks nearby. The flat was cosy and there were some lovely treats on arrival. Great for dog owners too. ”

“EXCELLENT GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT. HANDY ACCESS AT BACK GATE TO OUR CAR WHICH WAS PARKED AT THE SIDE. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE BEDS, PLENTY OF HOT WATER AND ALL MOD CONS. EDZELL IS A LOVELY SMALL TOWN WITH SOME GREAT WALKS NEARBY. EMILY WAS A PERFECT HOST WHO EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US ON ARRIVAL. WE WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN STAYING HERE AGAIN.”

“Lynda was a wonderful and very helpful host. The cottage was so clean and well cared for that it looked like we were one of her first guests (though we know we were not). I have never stayed in an accommodation which was any cleaner or well cared for. “Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+”

“A very comfortable stay in a Shepherds Hut which i could live in ☺️ nice wee kitchenette with shower room and toilet and a very comfortable bed. Emma was very welcoming and showed me took accommodation and told me things i needed ro know. Restaurant on site was very good too! 😃”

“Ein wunderschönes Haus, mit wirklich tollen Blick in die Landschaft. Es ist alles in der Küche vorhanden, was man benötigt, wir haben nichts vermisst.Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der nächste größere Ort ist Stonehaven, wo man gut einkaufen kann. Ein Aldi ist Richtung Aberdeen in ca25 Minuten zu erreichen.Das Haus liegt super eingebettet in der Landschaft, egal was man machen möchte, ob die Natur und die spektakulären Brutgebiete an den Felsen besuchen, eine große Stadt wie Aberdeen……
