“Its a great place to stay in Passau. I just have two remarks. 1. Checkin is at 15 hr and the reception is only staffed until 15:30. I think the gap is too short although the hotel provided information in advance about self checkin. We arrived before 15 hrs so it was possible to checkin in person which we prefer. The staff was friendly and the room was already available which was great. 2. Breakfast is a bit too std but the price is reasonable”

“Es war alles in Ordnung. Lediglich das Bad ist sehr klein und der Garten voller Wildwuchs vor dem Balkon könnte auch mal wieder in Ordnung gebracht werden. Ansonsten besteht kein Grund zur Klage. Der Empfang im Haslinger Hof - dort bekommt man den Schlüssel - war sehr freundlich.”

“Sehr guter Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliches Team, durchgängig. Mochten den kleinen Fitnessraum. Das man genug Handtücher für den Besuch der Therme bekommt. Wifi nicht stark genug zum streamen oder Videocalls. In der Garage eine 11KW Ladedose fürs E-Auto (etwas schwach aber vorhanden). Frühstück sehr nett allerdings nichts zur Auswahl bei besonderen Bedürfnissen wie zB Laktoseunverträglichkeit, Gluten etc Dennoch immer gerne wieder. ”

“I enjoyed the property, a language barrier when it comes to getting arrival instructions and confusion with address that was given and the actual name of the building, difficult getting answers from the host who apologized for being out of town when I needed just helpful information, maybe I was expecting too much??”
