“My stay at ROOM 106 with its perfect pillows and bedding was delightful. The room had comfortable natural light and a beautiful river view. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, with a safe and smooth path. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring heated floors — essential during Amsterdam's winter. Staying at The July - Boat & Co is likely to become one of my fondest……

“Overall, our stay in the hotel has been quaint and relaxing. It’s surprising that there was free coffee in the lobby for people living in there. The room was pretty big and the view was great with a canal and trees. The environment around the hotel was safe. Despite the fact that the washroom and the bathroom were separate, it was brilliant that they have provided enough towels and shower gels. The island in the living room was convenient for cooking as well. ”

“I truly enjoyed the easy check in and being given a pin code for the door instead of keeping track of a key. Also enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. Location was about 30 to 40 min walk from city center or 10 min bus ride to ferry. Other than location everything was wonderful. I enjoyed not being complety in the city center alot less noise.”

“Wir waren Mitte Mai zu dritt mit Hund dort. Wir wollen es ruhig und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht.Ich kann die Bewertungen über schmutzige und verwohnte Häuser nicht nachvollziehen. Bei uns war alles bestens in Schuss.Der Service passt, auch wenn in der Vorsaison das Restaurant vor Ort geschlossen hat. Es gibt ausreichend viele Alternativen in der Umgebung. Auch fußläufig.Der nächste große Supermarkt ist in Zandvoort. Vor Ort gibt es das nötigste. Das ist völlig ausreichend.Der Hundestrand ist zu……

“Wir hatten zu dritt mit unseren beiden Hunden eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Ferienhäuschen ist zwar schon etwas älter aber charmant und geräumig und hat einen wunderschönen kleinen Naturgarten. Gartenmöbel, Grill etc. sind auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist optimal und ruhig gelegen in einer wenig befahrenen Sackgasse die direkt zum nahen Strand führt. Die Vermieterin wohnt direkt nebenan und ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.”

"We stayed there for six nights. The room is reasonably clean and most things worked.
However, the room was not cleaned after the first night. There was no button panel at the room where we could ask to clean the room. It was ok for two days. Then the rubbish bin became full and the floor a bit dusty.
On the forth evening, I approached the front desk around 9pm and asked our room be cleaned the next day. The person at the front desk took down our room number and confirmed they will get our room cleaned the next day. The next day, we went out from 8:30 am for the whole day, returned around 8:15 pm in the evening. We found that our room was not cleaned. We went to the front desk and asked about it. The person at the front desk didn’t apologise at all and turned to us to say that we should have asked the front desk in the morning. It was an irresponsible and unacceptable response and there was not any apologetic sense. Rather, we were blamed for not asking again despite we were confirmed they will arrange cleaning and we were not asked to remind the front desk in the morning.

This morning I checked out at 6:45am. This is perfect if you can allow us to get some breakfast earlier so that we can eat on train."
