“We loved this place and will definitely be back! ”

“The house worked well for us since we were visiting family in the area. The house had all of the supplies that we needed for our stay to include cleaning items, tissue and paper towels, even a new shower curtain. We would definitely choose to stay in Wisteria Vine Cottage in the future. The only suggestion I have would be for microwavable dishes in the kitchen.”

“We loved our stay here. If you need a place to stay with a large group this place will not let you down. Rooms are huge. Kitchen is very nicely stocked and they have anything you may need to prepare a meal. If you enjoy seeing wildlife we had deer in the backyard every day. The location is quite private and we had plenty of room for parking. Overall, It is exactly as shown in the pictures. I hope to come back to explore more of this amazing country when I am not traveling for work. ”

“If you want to get away and enjoy not only peace and quiet but also a beautiful natural surrounding, this is the place for you. The canyon is inspiring and a beautiful sight to behold. I hope to get back here again and just relax. ”

“The location is excellent. We loved watching the sun rise and sunsets. The deer were on the golf course every morning and evening, The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. The gas fireplace, in the living room, was fantastic. The best part was how close it was to all the places we wanted to explore. Excellent hiking in Hovenweep, Natural Bridges, Arches, and Canyonlands. ”

“This low-key setting, dark-sky setting was easy to access but felt remote. The stars were magnificent. We used Joe’s lower camping area, so come self-contained. There is a fire ring, plenty of wood around the property, a picnic table and porta potty. Great for when you want a reserved spot to semi-boondock. Joe was a great host and easy to communicate with—we enjoyed our stay for the annular solar eclipse.”

“This is our 5th or 6th stay in Monticello. This home was great. Lots of space, well maintained, great neighborhood. Very smooth processes, clear communications. Highly recommended. Aloha”
