“The worst part was the hygiene. As soon as we entered the room, there were 3-5 flying ants in the shower. There were other people's hair in the toilet and on the bed. Every day, we found new flying ants in the shower. The staff gave us the wrong key. We couldn't open the door when we got back around 9 PM, and the office closes at 6 PM. Luckily, we had a SIM card to contact the staff. Someone came to give us the correct key after 15 minutes, but it would be tough for travelers without a Swiss……

“第一次入住 EMA House (Superior Unterstrass) 非常喜歡，公寓現代感新乾淨整潔，房內設施處處都有細心的巧思，入住期間非常愉快。預定時只剩一樓地面樓層，剛開始會擔心外面吵，實際還好沒有被影響到。（入住時遇到寒流沒有打開窗戶）床好睡、枕頭寢具舒服。有加溫空調、也有冷氣，室內溫度冷熱可自由調整。設備齊全的廚房及洗衣設備，對旅客很便利。浴室有多組加溫掛片，對沒有時間烘乾衣服的很方便。免費WiFi強度夠，2台筆電 2台手機使用順暢。房間每週一三五有清潔人員打掃、更換毛巾衛浴用品、咖啡及茶包。公寓轉角隔壁街有11號及14號電車，平時移動方便。離蘇黎世火車站僅2站路程。公寓整體很棒很喜歡，列入口袋名單。”

“The mattress was very soft for me and I would probably think twice before going back to this accommodation. But that's a personal preference, I prefer a much firmer mattress. Everything else was great. Clean and good location. Good price and good communication. If I wanted to be extra critical, lighting in the bathroom could be improved and perhaps provide two pillows per person rather than just one, and also provide some hand towels as we only got big shower towels. But great overall.”

"入住採自助check in ，但會有服務人員協助報到，很貼心，且入住還贈送一人一杯自選飲品，非常讚。房間設計很新穎，空調、燈光、電視、窗廉皆可用平板控制，非常方便，且浴室燈光可調控不同顏色和亮度，只不過浴室設計為半透明，可看到剪影，很適合情侶，非常有情調，如果非情侶可能會很尷尬。房間雙人床又大又很舒適，非常喜歡，只不過房間稍小，放兩個大行李就差不多滿了。整體來說很喜歡，未來希望還有機會入住。"

Nice and walkable to the city centre and train sta

"Nice and convenient hotel with 5 mins walk from train station, room a bit old fashion but in good condition and clean. We stayed in suite room w river view it was nice , but train station just downstairs so a bit noise if anyone sensitive for noise need to be aware. Overall it is a nice hotel "
