“預定時已通過Expedia 與洒店確認大床房房型, check in只給2張床房, 溝通了很久, 前台回复是Expedia 説能給大床”不代表酒店“, 最後才提供大床房, 浪費時間!”

“電梯有點舊，房中二個廁所但是馬桶沖水一個是壞的，跟櫃台說了，入住的三晚也沒修理！水壓很夠。小廚房洗衣機很方便！有陽台很棒！櫃檯人員親切福務！地點也很好，到聖家堂三分鐘就到了！旁邊超市及用餐都很方便！”

“地點方便，走路到巴特婁之家不用五分鐘，到加泰隆尼亞廣場也超近，廚房工具超完整，超市買東西回來開伙不是問題，有洗衣機洗碗機，房間很大且乾淨，電梯雖然小但一家四口還擠的進去，checkin 在四樓，服務人員英文都很好而且親切，整個住宿唯一的缺點是房子隔音稍差，如果可以盡量選高樓層及面街景的房型!喔最重要的還可以免費寄放行李超級方便，而且寄放的地方就在checkin辦公室旁邊四樓的地方，很安全!”

“Reception的工作人员非常热情且专业，房间很干净，位置非常方便，走路去圣家堂几分钟，去La Ramble 商业街也超近，地铁出门2分钟，总体来说，这家公寓非常值得推荐。”

“Location is excellent, food, supermarket are nearby. Staffs are very helpful and supportive. We have found few small Cockroaches on floor and removed our luggage to sofa when needs to open. It would recommend to provide Luggage rack. ”

“Good accommodation, spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and easy to communicate. The only drawback is that the hotel is a little far from metro and bus station, it was no issue if you have only simple and light luggage. Washing machine worked properly, it was important for long trip traveler. Hotel provided pots, coffee machine, cups, forks, spoons, but no oil, salt, pepper, so you have to buy these things if you need to cook.”

“The staff is so friendly !! They will offer the information about the Barcelona ~ The location is pretty good, and there is a good coffee shop just opposite this hotel.”
