“Wir hatten hier eine tolle Woche, von hier aus erreicht man nahezu alles auf der Insel. Die Vermieter sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Kommunikation klappt wunderbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank”

“Wir haben unsere Zeit in dem tollen Häuschen sehr genossen. Die schöne Dachterrasse und die ruhige Lage haben zur Erholung beigetragen. Ein Auto ist ein Muss. ”

“L’appartement est propre, silencieux, lumineux, relativement bien équipé. L’entrée est autonome via une boîte à clés. Situé à 20mns à pieds du centre ville et à 10mns à pieds de l’arrêt de bus qui vient de l’aéroport. En revanche, la salle de bain est vraiment petite. Nous étions 5, compliqué avec une seule et si petite salle de bain. La pièce principale est également petite. Le jacuzzi était sale (l’eau + la structure), nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser. Le quartier n’est pas particulièrement……

“The property was in a beautiful location and was charming itself. Unfortunately for us the listing did not indicate that the property has no air conditioning so it was unbearably hot the first two nights we were there (92 degrees). There were thermostats in the property which don't function or if they do, we were not told how to operate these. In addition the shower was not heated, and we had 4 towels to last us the whole week, which was a little frustrating particularly since no fresh towels……

“Wir wollten mit unseren Kindern einen gemeinsamen Urlaub auf Mallorca verbringen und haben mit diesem Ferienhaus das richtige Objekt für unsere Erwartungen gefunden.Kurzer Weg vom/zum Flughafen und nach Palma. Mehrere Bademöglichkeiten nicht weit vom Haus entfernt.Sehr gute Ausstattung. Besonders der Blick auf die Bucht von Palma mit dem herrlich blauen Wasser und dem Panorama der Stadt. Die tollen Sonnenuntergänge direkt von Haus und Terrasse zu erleben, klasse.Nur zu empfehlen.”

“Absolutely delighted with this property. Check in was super easy - we could not give an exact ETA but Jaume managed to accommodate us remotely. Best heading towards Arenal and then the turn off is quite close to the property - coming from Llucmajor is possible too but the road is quite narrow and the hire company provided us with a huge SUV. Paradisiac setting, around the pool / tennis court - absolutely magnificent - so relaxing / quiet. Double glazing - kitchen with all the necessary items &……

“Property was excellent!!! Perfect indoor and outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. Comfortable beds and kitchen with everything you need to prepare a lovely meal if you like. Many close restaurants near by and everything is walkable. No AC, which was tough the first day and night sleeping, but fans were provided, and weather was much cooler for the rest of our stay. You cannot beat this place, it’s wonderful!”
