“We arrived at 2am and the host still greeted us with a smile and got us checked in and to our room quickly. The property is on a quiet street but literally around the corner from the main square, shops and restaurants and is modern, well maintained and the cleanest we have had in Colombia. “Este hotel no existe. Tuve que pasar la noche en otro ”

“El hotel contratado fue malo, primero el baño estaba fuera de la habitación el cual era compartido, contraté con parqueadero para el carro y no había me dijeron q lo dejara afuera y les dejara las llaves por si tocaba moverlo, cuando me fui a bañar me negaron el agua caliente porque era en el horario de 7pm a 10pm. No lo recomiendo ”

“Went for one night /stayed for two it was so nice. Very quiet beautiful hotel on side of mountain. “My wife and I stayed at the Encanto for four nights. In terms of aesthetics it is a beautifully designed place, but not practical if you have mobility challenges due to the multiple levels, including the very nice breakfast area. There is no elevator. We really liked the hotel overall, but there were a couple of annoyances. We missed one breakfast because the timing was changed for Sunday and nobody told us.
