“Have stayed here before so we knew what to expect regarding premises Check in could have been friendlier and more informative and we were not advised of how to operate safe and the fact that we had to pay Female staff were friendly and helpful But we found male staff very unfriendly and unhelpful and at times rude and dour This won’t put us off from recommending or returning as property is in excellent position and condition and great value for money ”

“This was a last minute find for my partners birthday and Wow what a find it was. The appartment was modern and very well furnished/finished. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the appartment but thats just personal preference. The pool and spa areas were very clean, however non of the jets in the pool or spa areas worked which was a shame but no real biggy for us. Reception were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. We asked if they had an Iron as there was an ironing board in……

“Rooms and Balcony were spacious. Clean, and comfortable for self catering.”

“It was good. Air conditioner needs long time to start cooling.View from balcony is amazing from Panoramic apartment.Make sure you must throw away all rubbish before check out otherwise you can’t get your deposit. ”

“Sparkling spotlessly clean. Apartment big enough for two people. Wifi spotty; it kept going off and the manager told me to fix it myself which didn’t seem in line with all the help I got when first checking in with learning how to use other things in apartment (different from US). Pool is very nice but not heated. Grounds are pretty. Close to the beach and cafes but not really close (walking distance) to anything else. Nice view. ”

“Great location if you need to be close to the British drinking area of Benidorm. Large room with all the kitchen facilities we needed. Big pool and plenty of sunbeds. Sound-proofing in room wasn't the best - could hear noise from other guests walking past and using their rooms. Not a fan of having to pay a large deposit as soon as we arrived to cover the cost of any breakages etc during our stay, but it was refunded with no problems after we left. Property is more suited to the younger……
