“This place is amazing great people the only problem I have is that they try to force tips on you by secretly adding it to your bill. Tips should be earned not all staff deserve a tip. I was at the rooftop patio and had the most horrible server I had to get my own water get up and request napkins at the bar because my server failed to do his job by stereotyping people who he thought had money he attended to well. “We got two rooms and both of them were always clean, no need to remind anyone for clean towels or toilet paper. Every staff member staring from when we fist arrived which was Sergio was amazing and accommodating. Very close to restaurants and mall. Food is amazing, you can order what you like at any time of the day. If you’re looking for a safe clean place .. you need to consider this hotel and location. ”
