“This home served as our base for a weekend of wine tasting. We had 11 adults and we all had plenty of room to sleep and socialize. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.The kitchen was great and easy to prepare our meals. Hot tub was perfect temperature to relax before bedtime . A wonderful experience through and through.”

“We had a large 5 family group celebrating the end of our homeschool year learning about CA history. This was a perfect central location for that! We visited Sutter's Fort, Sutter's Mill, The Capital, RR Museum, Gold Bug Mine & downtown Placerville. The house was perfect for the families with kids that ranged from 1.5 to 16y. “Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! ”
