“Not the first trip to this villa and won’t be the last. As always the villa is clean and well equipped. Pool area is large and overlooking a very quiet lagoon. Very peaceful and relaxing and looking forward to the next visit.”

“Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment.”

“Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Graziellas Villa mit viel Platz, Zimmer und Bad für zwei Familien (drei wären auch machbar), einem großen, sauberen Pool und allem, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben die ruhige Lage, die Lagunen, und die schöne Aussicht genossen und gleichzeitig ist man mit den Toktoks schnell in die Stadt zum Essen oder Shoppen, oder auch zum Strand gekommen. Die Strände sind leider alle außer dem Buzzha Strand (vor allem zum Kiten, aber auch für Kinder geeignet)……

“I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable.……

“Dies war nun bereits unser vierter Aufenthalt in der traumhaften Villa. Auch dieses Mal war alles perfekt. Kommunikation, Transfer, Sauberkeit der Villa, Pool, Garten, Küche/Küchengeräte, sehr bequeme Betten etc.... Es gibt nur Positives zu sagen und wir hoffen, dass wir in einem Jahr eine fünfte Bewertung abgeben können :-)”

“This wonderful villa is even better in real life than in the pictures. The facilities are great and the kitchen well equipped. It is perfectly located a short walk (10 minutes) from Abu Tig Marina. The pool is amazing and the location is very quiet. The owner is super responsive and helpful. ”

“La villa est très bien située, l’aéroport à 3 minutes en voiture, la plage à 700 m, grande promenade, bowling…tout est a proximité Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sayed qui s’est rendu très serviable et disponible, toujours à l’écoute et très gentil. “The property as well, no doubt everything you need is there. The view from the balcony was very impressive and you could watch the lovely sunrises from the bed. holy disappointing part was the distance to the club and beaches. The house was very accommodating and very helpful.”

“On our 1st day, the broker or the owner’s representative showed disrespect to the family members while giving instructions on how to use the facilities allowed. Not only did he insult the family helper but also my mother in law! The broker informed us that we will have to pay for the electricity bill although it’s not even mentioned in the policy. We contacted him through phone before booking, and he confirmed it’s included in the whole amount. Trying to discuss the proper way he deals with……

“They cancel our booking few days before the trip although there was down payment being held for almost a month without having the courtesy to contact us. Tried to reach out the host but there was no response from their side.. poor communication, very rude attitude never think of taking the risk and deal with them ”

“Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienunterkunft war eigentlich nicht schlecht. War waren insgesamt 3 Tage dort. Die Villa war sauber. Das Problem jedoch war der Pool. In den 3 Tagen waren wir nicht einmal im Pool, da der leicht dreckig und grünlich war. Wir haben uns nicht getraut in den Pool zu gehen. Morgens und Nachmittags haben wir unerwartete Gartenarbeiter im Garten gehabt, die sich unangekündigt um den Garten gekümmert haben. Fanden wir persönlich auch ein bisschen skeptisch. Insgesamt waren wir……
