“From start to finish the family associated with the property were kind, helpful and all contact with them was efficient and done in a spirit of kindness. The grounds are beautifully kept and the house is in a very peaceful location. They personally met us on arrival, took us to the house, guided us around the property and left us a very generous welcome pack. It has been an absolute pleasure to stay here and the family are the perfect hosts. You are made to feel like a friend, not just a guest.……

“Erg leuk om in te verblijven deze lava woning. Behulpzame buurvrouw die ook incheckt. Supermarkt naast de deur. De keuken is prima, en de totale ruimte ook. Douchen lukt helaas minder met maar 15 liter warm water en een te lage waterdruk. Het bed was voor ons te oncomfortabel, en de te lage deurposten ook. We zijn dan ook lange mensen :) ”

“The pictures did not do this place justice. It was on a steep hill, but the grounds are enclosed & beautiful. The plants, art & simplicity is incredible. Fully stocked kitchen was helpful. Only negative was I hadn’t heard from host by check in, so I was worried. But once we reached him it was very simple & great communication.”
