“Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Extremely noisy! Neighbour adjacent to hotel plays music at a ridiculously loud level, had to use ear plugs and still sounded louder than a loud concert. Very very noisy part of town. ”

“We loved our stay at the villa The master bedroom is huge, comfortable and well designed. Other rooms are also very comfortable. The view and infinity pool are incredible. The site is well secured and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing holidays. We also love the outside seating and the spacious kitchen. We are looking forward to come back. “The Villa Cocoloba was amazing. The accommodations were perfect and the Host was top notch. Nice warm water, clean pool and modern home furnishings made the stay 100% worth it even when we did not step outside of the home.”

“The house was location in a safe area with walk out to the beach as advertised . The design and quality material of the house is great. However, water leaked into first floor bedroom when it rained. There was pealing of plaster on the lanai. The family room had connections for TV and other devises , but there was no TV. The TV in the bunk room was broken.The staff were attentive and the food was prepared to our request every day. None of the staff spoke English”

“We were 5 friends (two couples and a single) and the three bedrooms were perfect. We wanted something central, and not expensive. We wanted to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants, but still be off the main drag so quiet. The Villa Maracuja was perfect, not fancy, but with a lovely comfortable porch, where we spent most of the time.Any issues we had were dealt with promptly by Leonardo!”
