“Ich miete seit mehr als 25 Jahren im Umkreis von zwei Kilometern. Das war die mit Abstand schlechteste Erfahrung. Die Verwalterin konnte das Haus nicht rechtzeitig zu Verfügung stellen, da es offenbar ein Kommunikationsproblem mit Fewo gab . Dadurch schaffte sie es nicht mehr alles zu putzen. Schimmel im Freezer etc. Das ganze Haus war eine einzige Baustelle: Möbel kaputt, die Küche mit Tesafilm zusammen gehalten, die Fliesen im Obergeschoss lose, defekte Geräte, Badezimmerfenster zerbrochen……

“La maison de Bernard est très bien équipée et agréable. La piscine et le jardin devant la maison sont partagés avec les trois autres villas, mais cela n'est pas gênant car il y a aussi une grande terrasse privée. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end. Le quartier est très calme, ce qui est très appréciable. La plage est à 5 minutes en voiture et il y a aussi des petites criques très sympas dans la région. Le seul point un peu négatif (mais pas vraiment la faute du propriétaire) est le nombre……

“It was very good value for the money paid. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were on the eight floor. At night we could hear people talking in the room next to us but to be honest we thought it might an insulation issue or maybe it was just our room. It wasnt worthy of a complaint bearing in mind what we paid. In all, very good value.”
