“Overall a very good hotel with great staff! We travelled as part of a family trip. There were 10 of us in total. The youngest being 15 months old, the hotel met our pre arrival requests. Meal times the staff were fantastic in making sure as a group we were comfortable. Lara and Mariana in particular were fantastic! One evening after a day out at Portaventura and Ferrari Land. “Hotel was in a good location. Rooms were clean and specious with good amenities. We struggled to get a local taxi and reception on one occasion didn’t follow up with the taxi firm despite us asking so we missed a planned trip. One night we had a lot of disturbance with noisy neighbours who set off alarms and banged doors at 4am. However I would return as it was a nice hotel and the lady receptionist was wonderful. ”
